  5. I%8, oz, shrimp, cooked and deveined
  6. I%3 1/2, oz, lemon gelatin, (1 pkg.)
  7. I%1/2, cup, water, boiling
  8. I%1/2, cup, water, iced
  9. I%10 3/4, oz, tomato soup, 1 10 3/4-oz can
  10. I%1, cup, celery, finely chopped
  11. I%1/4, cup, green pepper, finely chopped
  12. I%1, T., onion, chopped
  13. I%3, med., eggs, hard-boiled

  16. R%  Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add iced water and
  17. R%tomato soup.

  19. R%  Stir in celery, green pepper, and onion.

  21. R%  Pour half into lightly oiled ring mold or small individual
  22. R%molds.  Chill until slightly thickened.

  24. R%  Cut eggs in half.  Press eggs, cut side down, and shrimp, into
  25. R%gelatin mold.

  27. R%  Pour balance of gelatin mixture over the shrimp and eggs; chill
