- I%10 3/4, oz, tomato soup, 1 10 3/4-oz can
- I%1, cup, celery, finely chopped
- I%1/4, cup, green pepper, finely chopped

- I%3, med., eggs, hard-boiled

- R% Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add iced water and

- R% Stir in celery, green pepper, and onion.

- R% Pour half into lightly oiled ring mold or small individual
- R%molds. Chill until slightly thickened.

- R% Cut eggs in half. Press eggs, cut side down, and shrimp, into

- R% Pour balance of gelatin mixture over the shrimp and eggs; chill
